Primarily servicing the Province of Ontario but will also require traveling to Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices on the premises, while providing the best customer support possible.
  • Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
  • Troubleshoot to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on Everi products.
  • Preventive maintenance, relocating, and installation of equipment.
  • Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed to do the Job :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Gaming License in multiple provinces (we will help you obtain upon being hired)
  • Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
  • Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and comfortable working with minimum supervision
  • Ability to move heavy equipment
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • 1+ years of experience in any technician role
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite products
  • Troubleshooting experience in any Technician Field
  • Mechanical and Computer backgrounds are a plus
