The Regina Area with the Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Dermatologist with additional training in Pediatric Dermatology to join its Department of Medicine.
The specialist would join 4 FTE Dermatologists who currently provide service in independent, office-based settings, have admitting and consulting privileges in the acute care setting, and who also provide services at the phototherapy clinic.
On call duties will be shared with other members of the Dermatology Section. The Regina Area with the Saskatchewan Health Authority is dedicated to learning and is a partner in the growing educational needs of medical students and residents from the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Dermatology.
Individuals with special interest and expertise in pediatric dermatology will be a definite asset and deserve preference.
This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care.
Candidates should be eligible for provisional or regular license through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
