Position Highlights :

Bring your proven ability to lead online community panels, and develop and administer online surveys. Your Knowledge of a variety of software (e.

g. SAS, NVivo) applications to analyze data and communicate findings with stakeholders along with your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships will make this the role for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Develops and administers surveys via an online community panel on a wide range of health topics identified by senior leadership using survey methodology and evidence based approaches.
  • Adjusts the surveys by collecting feedback from internal partners.

  • Communicates with panel members to inform them of new surveys and provides periodic reminders to panel members while surveys remain open.
  • Uses survey methodologies to ensure optimal panel engagement and composition.

  • Develops and implements strategies to recruit new panel members and promotes the online panel by engaging with internal and external stakeholders;
  • coordinates and leads outreach activities to recruit panel members by attending events; liaises with communications and social marketing teams to develop appropriate promotional material.

  • Provides Manager, Population Health Observatory with budgetary costs for outreach and other recruitment related expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and reports such as user guides, data collection procedure manuals, survey review and approval processes, metadata, and data dictionaries.
  • Participates on various committees, as necessary.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Social Sciences, Statistics, Business or related field,
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' recent, related technical experience with panel management, survey development, or data analysis
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.

    This full time position is based at our Central City offices in Surrey, BC, with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-

    site gym and other amenities.
