If you are an experienced Construction Team Support Administrator or have worked in an administrative based role in construction, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Construction Team Support Administrator key duties :

  • Assist with the production of internal department reports
  • Assist in organising and recording department training
  • Issue and follow up of contractor and consultant prequalification questionnaires
  • Record minutes in meetings and circulate
  • Update, organise and maintain the approved contractor and consultant lists
  • Assist in producing and issuing project contract documentation
  • Undertake research relating to work related projects
  • Construction Team Support Administrator requirements :

  • Experience of working in admin support within an office setting
  • Have a good understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Good knowledge and understanding of MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have worked previously within a construction admin support environment
  • Construction Team Support Administrator :

    Up to £30,000

    Hours : Monday to Friday 9 am 6 pm
