Responsibilities :

1) Analyze market, competitive, sales and customer data to drive business plans and product definition

2) Prioritize market requirements from a global customer base

3) Prepare product pricing and forecast models

4) Research market and technology trends

5) Understand the target customers better than anyone else in the organization through data and research

6) Partner with product management to lead the company product process involved from conception to release for all major and minor launches

7) Develop a broad understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation, as well as looks toward future disruptive opportunities

8) Run tests or experiments in market to validate everything from pricing to messaging to new channels

9) Establish and maintain a marketing relationship with key customers who are willing to be references for case studies and speaking events

10) Co-ordinate closely with marketing, product management, sales, design and the web team

Requirements :

1) MBA with a focus on Marketing or similar discipline

2) 5 or more years of product and / or product marketing experience or other relevant experience with proven capability to direct product strategy

3) Deep understanding of the enterprise information technology software market

4) Track record of creating and executing on high-impact go-to-market strategies

5) Dedication, desire for success, highly driven and have a positive attitude

6) Superior communication skills, including public speaking and formal presentations to senior management
