One of out Private Sector client is seeking a Service Management Design Specialists to join their team on a 1 year contract.
The project would be to to support the efforts to significantly transform its approach to information technology (IT) service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform design and analysis activities related to holistic design of Services, Service Catalogue, Service Portal and provide input to the Service Design Package
Ensure Services are designed using design thinking and customer / user experience practices
Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements and work with business partners to design and establish services that can be effectively managed and supported using established processes
Analyze and review Service Health with service and product owners and other key stakeholders
Ensure the metrics and measures are in place to measure overall Service Health
Qualifications and Experience
University Degree or College Diploma in computer science, information systems, business analysis or a related field
A minimum of two (2) years of experience applying design thinking in service and process improvement
Demonstrated experience with process design, client journey mapping, value stream mapping and facilitating product or process design sessions
Nice to have : Bilingual
