Our government client is looking for a legal records management resource with Secret clearance.
Duties
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements :
M1 : Minimum 5 years experience (in the last 10 years) in information management (hardcopy & electronic) related to a large legal services unit (for example, a unit consisting of over 15 legal counsels).
M2 : Minimum 5 years experience monitoring and consulting with legal services on the status of litigation files, legislation and opinions.
M3 : SECRET clearance held by PWGSC and the proposing bidder.
M4 : Minimum 2 years experience in processing invoices, expenditures and receipts.
M5 : Minimum of 5 years experience in providing library reference services, legal researches, updating legal publications, maintaining a journal of all the subscriptions, performing shelving material and loose-leaf maintenance functions and labeling and repairing resources.
M6 : Minimum 2 years experience in providing Icase, JusACCESS and Irims Information / training sessions for new employees.
Additional requirements
1 : Experience conducting legal research through tools such as Quicklaw, Westlaw, LOPORS and Carswell.
2 : Experience preparing reports and entering data through ICase.
3 : Experience managing files through IRIMS, JUSACCESS and ICASE.*This position may have been filled prior to the closing date.
