Job description

Under the supervision of the team leader, the Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting stated productivity targets.

Candidates must be bilingual; fluent in both English (as the initial training will be given in English) and French (as the calls received will be in French).

Flexible schedules between 9 : 00 am to 10 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide unparalleled customer service
  • Listen to customers, analyze their needs and offer adapted solutions
  • Promote appropriate products and services
  • Take appropriate action and show ownership
  • Reach set productivity targets
  • Answer customer service calls in French and English
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Customer-focused, positive attitude and empathy
  • Good listening skills
  • Courtesy, patience and energy are important qualifications for this position
  • Ability to work in a computer environment (basic knowledge of Windows and Internet browsing)
  • Ability to do many tasks simultaneously
