Under the supervision of the team leader, the Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting stated productivity targets.
Candidates must be bilingual; fluent in both English (as the initial training will be given in English) and French (as the calls received will be in French).
Flexible schedules between 9 : 00 am to 10 : 30 pm.
