Job Description : Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Typing and editing of detailed evidence based surveillance reports in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
  • Accurate and detail-oriented. Able to produce accurate and complete reports
  • Editing videos and producing DVDs for investigation files
  • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Prepare a polished, client ready product that adheres to company and client protocols and guidelines
  • Work with other administrative team members to develop and maintain systems that support the smooth, successful and integrated operation of the administrative function.
  • Maintain policies and procedures
  • Assist with the accounting process on files as required
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Assist with housekeeping and cleanliness of office and common areas such as kitchen, meeting rooms and storage areas.
  • Assist with reception duties including greeting and assisting visitors, answering telephone calls, directing phone calls and responding to inquiries as required
  • Participate in ongoing staff meetings and training for information sharing purposes
  • Other related duties, as required

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
  • Education and Experience

    Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent computer skills, with accurate typing
  • Thorough, detail-oriented, organized,
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining focus on the task at hand, handling multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborative team player
  • Perform all assignments with minimal supervision
  • Experience is not necessary for the video editing. Training will be provided.
