We’re looking for a seasoned, talented and dynamic VP / DIRECTOR of SALES. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who has worked inside an established sales engine and is excited to build their own.
This role can be Toronto or Vancouver based.
Create an annual and quarterly strategy for the Sales team, aligned to Foodee’s overall business goals. Use data to manage and iterate sales process and playbook across entire lead / customer lifecycle.
Manage distributed Sales team. Ongoing performance management of high and low performers. Hire world class Sales talent set them up for ongoing success through great onboarding, playbooks, training and tools (dashboards, etc).
Monitor your team’s performance against revenue targets and sales process. Create insights on why performance is above or below target.
Create action plans (for single markets or across markets) to improve performance. Create a high performance sales culture.
As required, support your team on large deals or customer escalations. Collaborate with Director of Marketing on a variety of topics including pricing / packaging, demand generation, automation rules and sales enablement.
Collaborate with VP Finance on a variety of topics including discount strategies and client profitability. Be an amazing partner other Foodee teams.
