The Data & Analytics team at Loblaw is hiring a Senior Analyst, Consent Management with experience implementing data enabling services with special consideration given to those with experience implementing consent management systems and frameworks.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Data Governance, the incumbent will be responsible for the establishment and management of enhanced consent management activities across the Enterprise.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of an enterprise consent management system - ensuring enterprise wide compliance to privacy regulations and policies.

This will include working closely with the Privacy Office, Legal, business partners and technology teams to ensure consistency throughout our business.

The successful candidate will have experience with building and leading data services at scale - developing the strategy for the enterprise and understanding how to collaborate and leverage the service with business partners, vendors and data providers.

What You'll Do :

  • Partner with multiple areas to develop and execute a Consent strategy that enables management of versions of user consent regarding data and privacy
  • Collaborative creation of an automated process to ensure that express consent is properly captured and that there is full transparency for our Customers
  • Work with the Privacy Office, legal and business partners to define requirements and capabilities for the implementation of an enterprise wide consent management system (CMS)
  • Work closely with Technology and data infrastructure team to build the architecture to support consent management
  • Work closely with Data Management on the use of Identity services in the CMS process and design
  • Create the proper controls and documentation to ensure compliance and ethical use of the service
  • Own and oversee day-to-day activities, as well as accountability for project outputs / deliverables and status updates
  • Manage the CMS roadmap for enterprise wide rollout, as well as the launch of new features releases and manage the cross-
  • functional implementation of the plan. Ensure plan alignment for features across the organization.

  • Support the day-to-day needs of business customers including the analytic organization
  • Manage projects from the starting point to the final execution
  • Strictly adhere to legal and compliance guidelines; regarding access and exposure to sensitive and confidential information

  • What You'll Bring :

  • University degree in an analytic, data science or technology field of study
  • 7+ years of experience in data platforms; systems
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superb design and innovation skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels with a spirit of collaboration
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to liaise with all levels across the enterprise on projects and ad-hoc requests
  • Strong detail orientation is essential in this role
  • A Team player and self-starter
