This role will lead our Clinical Trials Transparency Team.
Experience should include :
Building and managing large teams of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) resources
Managing large technology programs / projects and driving measurable success
Leading process optimization and automation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a remote and / or global context
Reporting results at many levels, generating meaningful metrics, and optimizing performance
Working with Engineering team(s) to ensure and maintain alignment for technological development
Directing and optimizing technology-enabled services where throughput and efficiency are paramount
Providing exceptional leadership and fostering a performance culture
Problem-solving in complex, fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders
Establishing and maintaining a strong governance model for program success with clients
Skills / expertise should include :
Very strong communication skills, and an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization across functions
Program and project management experience
Agile Scrum methodology familiarity and applied experience
Risk management and compliance experience
Comfort applying privacy and security principles and best practices
Data governance and data analytics / data science background
Demonstrated ability and interest to learn new methodologies and technologies quickly
Ideally, the representative will also have :
Clinical or medical background and / or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Relevant professional certifications in enterprise architecture, project management, privacy, security and / or risk management
LEAN Six Sigma certification or equivalent training / experience
