Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Multiple Tasks
Experience Required / Mandatory Skills
Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, and site visits to gain in-
depth knowledge of the client’s business strategy, processes, services and road map.
Experience performing ALL of the following activities; Interviewing business clients, Gather and analyze requirements, Develop and assess business processes and system inefficiencies, Identify use cases or stories, Facilitating workshops obtain and validate requirements, Identify Improvement opportunities
Experience performing ALL of the following activities; Experience developing and writing Business Cases, Develop business process models, Defining business process descriptions, Define use case scenarios or stories, Clearly Document business and system requirements, Develop and Manage Risk and Issue Logs
Strong project management ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills and communication skills
Experience using critical thinking skill to perform ALL activities : Identify, create & facilitate process design change by conducting business & system process analysis & design at complex level, Manage / improve data quality by ensuring reliability & validity
Experience using critical thinking skill to perform activities : Develop process improvement or reengineer & recommend elimination, Integrate new systems & processes with existing & ensure systems provided meet long-term business strategy

Experience developing business personas, user journey maps
Experience with Enterprise Analysis
Experience with Content Management Systems
