Analyst, Digital Display and Video The Digital Display andamp; Video Analyst will be the in-house subject matter expert and will plan and implement all related activities for Bath Fitter.
This role will work closely with the Digital andamp; Media Manager and support the client-facing Account Success Managers.
The Digital Display andamp; Video Analyst will be responsible for lead generation through digital platforms as well as the assessment, optimization and reporting of all performance. Tasks and Responsabilities
Responsible for lead generation through paid display and online video campaigns (direct buy and programmatic).
Includes the planning, execution and optimization of all display and video campaigns for multiple business locations and segments.
Optimize digital campaigns through A / B testing of creative, new ad formats, new ad placements, audience building etc.
Manage budget pacing and maximize spend based on conversion and sales performance.
Ensure proper trafficking, tracking and audience building throughout the campaign.
Monitor post-click performance through call andamp; conversion tracking + back-end CRM performance.
Optimize the content and performance of our Bath Fitter YouTube channel.
Identify, establish and create dashboards for KPIs related to Digital Display and Video. Run weekly and monthly performance reports with detail analyses and insights.
Manage external channel partner relationships with programmatic ad exchanges, OTT providers, YouTube and others.
Work with IT partners to implement UTMs, along with changes to landing page, local page andamp; home page.
Support client management team as required on location calls providing campaign and tactical insights.
Liaison with Campaign Coordinator to implement digital campaigns ensuring proper campaign tracking setup.
Understand and stay up to date on digital media trends and best practices and identify opportunities to utilize within Bath Fitter ecosystem.
University Degree in Business or Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
3 - 5 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Trader, agency or client-side, responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of display andamp;
video campaigns through a DSP
Google Ads (Display andamp; Video) certified
Google Analytics Certified
Any DSP certification is an asset (DV360, Brightroll, Adobe, etc.)
Experience setting up an account in Google Ads / DV360 or a DSP, creating Deal IDs and programmatic guaranteed deals, optimizing CPM / CPC and CPA, running creative tests, and leveraging different tools to optimize performance.
Experience implementing tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager)
Experience setting up phone tracking and lead form tracking is an asset
Experience with different ad servers and trafficking
Experience with a CRM system or other data driven system
Experience with a CRM system or other data driven system.
Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords, Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
Expert knowledge of digital media buying platforms.
Advanced skill set in MS Office applications.
Solid analytical skills, ability to gather and interpret insights and propose relevant recommendations.
Tactical strategist, with ability to plan the big picture with strength in executing and optimizing campaigns.
Exceptional communication skills, working with many levels within the organization.
Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
Bilingualism, French and English (written and spoken). English is a must.
