As an Insurance Support Associate, you will support the Customer Experience Insurance Service department by answering inbound calls from our CAA Insurance Members regarding general service inquiries around billing options and payments, sending outbound correspondence to CAA Policy holders, providing technical support for CAA Connect and MyPace policy holders, assist with the collection of data for departmental reporting, as well as offer support for ongoing departmental projects and initiatives.
As a Member of the Customer Experience team, you will also be responsible for meeting call handling Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which include First Call Resolution, Handle Times, and various other Customer Experience metrics to ensure top quality service is being provided to our insurers..
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of exceptional customer service experience, prior contact center experience, coupled with a post-
secondary university degree, and has a desire to pursue their Other Than Life (OTL) license and / or CIP designation. Strong teamwork, analytical and communication skills are also critical for this role
