Work in collaboration with Business Stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform / application objectives as a suite of stories and / or specificationsAnalyzes technical and functional impacts of various candidate solutions and approaches to respond to needs and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.
Supports the creation of User Acceptance Testing documentation.Facilitate the exploration of the solution and understand the business unit(s) being supportedCreate user stories and acceptance criteria, support delivery estimation, provide a technical perspective and input into design, which includes authoring / validating technical artifactsLiaises with other IT teams such as Delivery, Architecture, Operations and the Support Desk as required.
Interfaces with third party vendors to support the timely delivery and high quality of services to the business.Provides support and information as required to assist in the timely resolution of issues or problems.
Lead discussions and gather inputs / ideas from multiple stakeholders and brings them together in a clear, concise and complete mannerFacilitate large and complex workshops and meetings across multiple stakeholder groupsUnderstand core functionality of all applications used by the Product familyAddress business / end-user inquiries related to the applicationCreate business process maps (in line with internal business process standards)Define test scenarios and complete data prep activityManage requirements across lifecycle (identify conflicting requirements, prioritize by business impact, etc.
facilitate consensus of requirements across multiple stakeholders and conflicting inputsTechnical proficiency (scripting, configuration) for applications they support (e.g. WMS, TMS, etc.)
