Do you have previous administrative experience and have strong interpersonal skills? If so, we have the role for you! Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an temporary Administrative Assistant for a 2 month contract in downtown Toronto! Hours of Work : Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am

  • 5 : 00 pm Pay rate : Pay : $17.96 / hr As an Administrative Assistant your main job responsibilities include :
  • Perform general office duties such filing, photocopying
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents as required.
  • Provide high level administrative support to the wealth management department
  • Handle information requests Advantages

  • 2 years previous administrative experience (clerical, filing etc...)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • 2 years MS Office experience
