Position Overview :
Xaxis is actively looking for an Analyst to join our Analytics team.

Participate in communication with internal teams, as well as external constituents within agencies and advertisers, to ensure the success of our campaigns
Develop customized reports to track and optimize campaign performance
Deliver analytics across multiple accounts under the leadership of senior analytics and account staff
Manage project execution while being mentored on best practices
Draw on expertise of functional experts to continually develop skills and capabilities
Develop insights and insight presentations
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing / Business, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field
Prior experience in analytics or marketing / consumer insights and / or a relevant start-ups, DSPs, agencies, and trading desks
Understanding of online marketing, digital media, web metrics, and campaign reporting
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, interact with senior management and clients, understand corporate strategy, and present actionable findings
Highly Desired :
Related graduate degree preferred
Modeling or programming experience with SAS, SPSS, Access, SQL, R or Python
Experience with Tableau, Datorama or PowerBI (minimum 1-2 years in building dashboards)
Experience with cloud infrastructure : Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Knowledge of various measurement and campaign measurement technologies, including website traffic analytics software and ad serving platforms
Experience in defining / designing / building / managing performance reporting
Experience in digital marketing
1-3 years of related experience
