Post-doctoral Fellow in Cellular Agriculture

Sunnybrook Research Institute (fully affiliated with the University of Toronto) has an opening for a temporary full-time, Post-doctoral Fellowship in the laboratory of Dr.

Hon Leong. This position is available for 1 year contract with possibility for renewal.

Skills and Qualifications :

PhD in an area of biomedical research (graduated within 4 years)

Extensive experience in cell culture activities ( 5 years)

Extensive experience with bioreactors ( 5 years)

Stem cell biology experience preferred

Muscle cell biology experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven experience in using GraphPad Prism, Excel, R, Stata

Proven experience in preparing grants and scientific publications
