Senior Analyst Production Application Support

What You’ll Be Doing

Your goal is to help our clients achieve what matters to them by documenting business requirement to deliver quality applications.

As a Senior Analyst Production Application Support you will be participating in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of various Credit systems.

You will be involved with all aspects of the system development life cycle, data analysis via SAS and reporting.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Participate in the documentation of Business Requirements, to influence the level of detail and clarity on the requirements, ensuring the business needs are documented instead of solutions.
  • Proactively manage and resolve support inquiries and related issues by understanding and articulating issues, working with all parties impacted to determine an acceptable solution and seeking management approval on recommended solution when required.
  • Provide value to the clients by analyzing data to provide quality reports while ensuring that data quality is maintained in the systems.
  • Communication and Training work with project managers and technology partners to ensure that communications and training requirements are documented, developed and deployed in a consistent manner.
