The Ariel EAS team at Morneau Shepell is a dynamic team of over 200 talented and motivated professionals who work collaboratively to develop, implement and support a best-in-class pension and benefits management software product serving predominately public sector clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing an Organizational Change Management capability in our business unit, and sharing knowledge and best practices with team members
  • Working closely and collaboratively with client teams, partners, implementation teams, and the training team to develop and execute a tailored Change Management Strategy.
  • As well as, documenting current and target operating models, assess business and technical capabilities, developing business and technical training and job aids, and managing internal and external communications.

  • Adapting and evolving OCM approach to meet our client’s needs, taking into consideration their environment and unique culture.
  • Taking a lean and agile approach to OCM, including strategy development, content creation and execution.
  • Guiding and providing recommendation to our clients, partners, and teams throughout the implementation to maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance to change.
  • Coordinate and lead the Change Management efforts with multiples internal and external stakeholder.
  • Participate in the development of client training strategy and content creation to further adoption
  • Succeeding as a Organizational Change Management Specialist will require the following the core qualifications and skills :

  • Have a university degree in relevant field;
  • Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally related to technology implementations
  • Practical understanding of OCM best practices, principles and methodologies
  • Experience working on large consulting projects, public sector project or in a large enterprise
  • Experience in large technology implementations
  • Leansigma, Prosci certification would be an asset
  • Demonstrated capability in workshop facilitation, whether at the team or leadership level, to get to desired outcomes
  • Business domain knowledge of Pension Plans, Benefits and Entitlements, and Employment Insurance would be an asset
  • Able to travel in Canada and US
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work independently, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • A self-starter with the desire to work in a changing and growth environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) in English. Proficiency communicating in French is an asset
  • Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take complex solutions and make them simple to explain and understand
  • Job Grade : MS7
