Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors

Our client is looking for a customer-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the go-
live transition of an SAP HR & Payroll upgrade. The incumbent will gather important company data and compile it into reports for shareholders and department managers and will be responsible for performing strategic business analysis in support of identifying and improving inefficiencies.
The responsibilities for this role include gathering and facilitating business process discussions, solution designing and documentation, configuration and testing, and end-user support.

As part of the SAP Core team, be of service and support of SAP OTC functions including root cause identification and solution recommendations
Design, develop, and test and implement programs; design and configure ECC 5.0 / 6.0
Gather SAP security requirements, as well as analyze, establish and implement SAP security policies and procedures
Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionality) and proactively address problems and troubleshoot project issues
Provide technical direction and enhancements for large-scale, enterprise applications - analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Work with the Application Development, Corporate, and Release Management teams to plan, implement, and test new releases into the production-systems environment
Work closely with the operations team and business partners to understand user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within applications
Aid the delivery of projects and small enhancements, and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures
Review statistics, and validate and or challenge current technical processes and maintain a detailed documentation of project files
Perform analysis of job-impact on business users; monitor impact scenarios throughout development and implementation life cycles
University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Master's Degree is an asset
2 + years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Demonstrated experience analyzing business and technical requirements, as well as modeling and mapping business processes using proven methodologies and models
Experience developing, designing, and implementing re-engineered business processes and associated software and hardware
Knowledge of database management - data retrieval methodologies, including importing data to spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
Able to write operational procedures in both technical and user-oriented language
Good troubleshooting skills in collaboration with other analysts - business process errors, changes, and subsequent modifications
Able to interpret the operational requirements of end-users, project managers, and other stakeholders
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
Able to accept and integrate constructive feedback from superiors
Must have proven deadline management as well as project management skills
Knowledge of service level agreements and customer service standards
