Position at Moneris Solutions Corporation
The Business Analyst plays a key role by working with various groups to define the business needs which may lead to changes to applications to solve business problems.
This role will support our corporate customer onboarding program (Welcome Cadence) across the entire organization, Independent Business to National, over the first 90 days of signing up with Moneris.
The business analyst works with stakeholders to ensure appropriate detailed documentation is created and submitted to technology groups for sizing and scheduling according to business priorities as well as support other trigger based initiatives to ensure the seamless onboarding and strong adoption.
Key accountabilities include :
Collaborating with business teams to identify and document gaps, impacts & opportunities to current & future state processes
Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and liaising with technology teams to align on proposed solutions
Create test data to verify expected layout and content of automatically generated emails, documenting test scenarios and performing traceability of requirements to application solutions & perform UAT.
Manage incoming support tickets that support the organization (missing communications, incorrect data, etc).
Assist with program performance and attribution to marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs
QA across multiple platforms, devices & browsers. Ensure email deliverability, review results and investigate issues that come up
Your experience includes :
Bachelor’s degree; equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
Minimum 2-5 years of business analyst experience in a mid to large business environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows / MS Office Applications (including Visio and Project).
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of an organization (written and verbal).
Experience with HTML / CSS to format & create emails, in addition to creating test data (CSV) and Email Marketing platforms (i.
e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), considered an asset.
