As our full-time Graduate Sales Trainee, you are a recent college oruniversity graduate (within the past two years) with a strong interest instarting your career in Sales and an interest in learning Product Managementand Business Development.
Spending six to nine months in this role, youwill gain experience working on meaningful accounts, sales quotes, salespipeline activities and other business projects as a part of thedepartment.
Following your sales training, successful Trainees will beable to apply for a permanent role in Sales, Product Management, BusinessDevelopment, Marketing or another area of the business as appropriate.

Maintainsales accounts and enter sales orders in an organized, efficient and effectivemanner
Performbasic research to include looking up multiple lists in database
Maintainrequired sales documentation
Gatherinformation from call out campaigns
Assistwith projects as needed
Interfacewith Product Managers, Credit, Customers, Traffic Specialist and CustomerService
Workproactively with vendors, sales and resellers to ensure effective informationand sales flow
ProvideSales, Marketing and vendors with market and customer research including markettrend analysis and extrapolation from reports, new trends to the IT industry,competitor sizing and pricing research, web-
based selling trends and techniquesand others
Assist ingeneral department organization, file management, system and processcoordination
Specialprojects on market profiling, pricing analysis, customer lists and analysis,housekeeping
Help Increase revenue and profitability and built reseller relationships
Seize market share from all SYNNEX competitors
Help upsell and cross-sell SYNNEX product line to resellers
Assist in coordinating and participating in SYNNEX’s Sales & Resellertraining and activities
Qualifications What makes you a bestseller?
Recentgraduate from an accredited college or university with a focus on BusinessAdministration and are looking for an entry level Sales opportunity; GPA of 3.0or higher
Demonstratedbusiness communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability toconverse with customers effectively over the phone
Proveninterpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying and presenting salesprinciples / techniques within a short timeframe
Advancedcomputer skills capable of multi-tasking and / or work on multiple sales accountsconcurrently
Must benumber and detail-oriented
Highdegree of ethics and integrity a must
Ability tomultitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Work undergeneral supervision
