DescriptionOur Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organization. (4+ years)
  • Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling. (4+ years)
  • Experience working closely with clients to assess and analyze their business needs, performing at least 4 of the following activities : interviewing business clients, conducting impact analysis, plan, execute and support change management, develop communication plans, develop vision documents (4+ years)
  • Experience performing ALL of the following activities : gather and analyze requirements, develop and analyse business process, develop use cases or stories, develop business process models, experience facilitating workshop, JAD sessions and conducting interviews to obtain and validate requirements (4+ years)
  • Experience working on concurrent projects spanning multiple technical environments (4+ years)
  • Experience with triaging technical issues / problems and trouble shooting. (4+ years)
  • Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries (4+ years)
  • Experience in planning / monitoring User Acceptance testing (4+ years)
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering (4+ years)
  • Experience working with an Agile methodology (2+ years)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (2+ years)
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications (4+ years)
  • Experience working in an SQL Server development environment (4+ years)
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials (4+ years)
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio to create or revise process document, flow chart or business process models, etc.(1+ year)
  • Experience in a leadership role (1+ year)
  • Experience working as a developer. This could include, but is not limited to : Sharepoint, .Net, HTML, SQL, Complex Excel Spreadsheets, etc.(1+ year)
