  • The Coordinator, National Visual Merchandising supports the overall vision behind product presentation and mannequin styling;
  • partnering with all areas of the business to deliver directives, collateral and communication to all stores.

    Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :

  • Assist with the compilation, creation and production of the national visual merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Support store teams on all visual merchandising installations - with logistics and troubleshooting, while reinforcing our principles through image sharing and feedback
  • Liaise with cross functional teams, vendors and suppliers to coordinate logistics and execution of projects
  • Prepare, coordinate and distribute visual merchandising directives to stores nationally
  • Assist with the development and design of all creative concepts related to visual merchandising installations, in-store, press events and vendor launches
  • Coordinate the procurement of visual merchandising support tools, mannequins and marketing collateral
  • Assisting with design research, distribution, delivery and process payments
  • Align quotes and costs with the budget allocated
  • Prepare all internal corporate and external store communication
  • The ideal candidate :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
  • Previous knowledge of the production process as asset
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Able to use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Administrative experience an asset
