Our client, a Canadian law Firm is looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER to fill a permanent position in their Montreal office.
In this position you will work in close contact with the Business Manager. You will be responsible for developing, managing and tracking marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels.
Hands-on experience in SEM (paid search and paid social marketing) is a must as you will plan and execute lead generation campaigns in different search and social platforms.
You will work closely with the sales team in order to adapt the marketing campaigns to the monthly sales objectives achieving ROI expectations.
Develop strategies to improve and evolve acquisition-focused marketing programs to drive revenue.
Manage marketing consultants and the in-house marketing team to execute against the digital marketing strategy across all marketing channels.
Plan and execute Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to generate leads.
Develop and manage email acquisition and communication strategies in collaboration with sales team.
Drive digital channel performance to meet new customer and revenue targets, achieving ROI expectations, and perform weekly / monthly / quarterly analysis across channels
Define and monitor KPIs for all marketing channels and oversee optimization, reporting, and analysis to inform future strategies.
Communicate marketing performance with sales manager and higher management.
Build strong CRM and segmentation plan, innovative audience targeting strategies to reach and engage with our target consumer.
Manage and update content of the website
Support the ongoing management of the digital marketing budget.
Constantly evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data in collaboration with Business Manager.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in collaboration with Business Manager.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
2 years + hands-on experience in SEM (Adwords and Facebook)
5 years experience in digital marketing strategy
Web project management skills
Google Adwords and Analytics certified
Experience with email marketing platforms such as ClickDimensions or Mailchimp or similar
Ad agency experience is a must
Strong English writing skills (French is a plus)
Demonstrated understanding of ROAS and ROI
Need to be analytical and be able to work with large data sets
Have an impeccable attention to detail and be highly organised
Strong business judgment
Self-starter mentality and the ability to think outside the box
Must be a team player
