The eCommerce Operations Specialist I plays a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class customer experience on BestBuy.ca.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative Operations team, responsible for maintaining the integrity of the online shopping experience, supporting customer experience programs, and providing amazing support for our internal stakeholder partners.
As an eCommerce Operations Specialist I you will
Execute operational processes based on an established schedule of events, including : product online status changes, product fulfillment attribute changes, inventory health reporting.
Trend and socialize customer feedback as it relates to issues, defects, and feature requests.
Perform investigations and root cause analysis on inquiries submitted by internal stakeholder partners, related to inventory flow, fulfillment attributes, and pre-order products.
Track and trend tickets submitted to resolve Operational or customer-facing defects.
Report on team KPIs and trends to the Operations Community of Practice.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, partnering with the Operations Community of Practice to determine value and priority.

The experience we need
1-3 year’s work experience in operations, business admin, or related disciplines.
Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Beginner Experience with SQL.
Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or equivalent in Business, Operations, or Logistics, or equivalent experience.
You have experience with eCommerce data and analytics.
You’ve worked in an Agile environment.
