About the role :
As foodora continues to build on its successful operations in Toronto, we are looking to hire a dynamic Account Manager that is going to take our restaurant partnerships to the next level through their exceptional customer-
service, sales and marketing skills. Some of the responsibilities of this role include :
added initiatives and being proactive in finding solutions for them.
Be responsible for driving incremental orders by helping restaurant partners to create a world class customer experience.
This could include : helping to train restaurant staff, collaborating with operations to improve content displays and prices and working with our in-
house marketing team to create promotions.
Ensure restaurant partnership retention through exceptional customer service and willingness to keep going the extra mile.
This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing and relationship management.
