As a valuable member of the Customer Assistance Team, you will supervise designated seating sections, and ensure they are both organized and controlled.
Section Ambassadors will also be called upon to answer guest questions and inquiries, provide directional assistance to seats, and establish / reinforce stadium rules with those in their section.
This group of staff members will work closely with Security as well, communicating with each sectional guard to ensure safety is at a premium, and policies are followed.
