What is the opportunity?

As Senior Project Manager Risk & Security Services, you will be part of a team that provides project management services enabling the successful delivery of IT risk and security related programs.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and complex environment bringing together diverse groups and skillsets across the organization to effectively achieve project goals.

What will you do?

  • Plan and manage execution of Risk & Security Services projects valued at 1million + within a highly complex and uncertain environment.
  • Apply an appropriate change management process to control multiple and competing demands and priorities. Determine and convey impact of changes on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-

    based metrics / assumptions.

  • Work with Business / Technology Leads to ensure that project deliverables achieve the business result that enables value creation.
  • Provide superior client experience and strengthen relationships with all key stakeholders and partners.

  • Ensure projects follow established standards including delivery life cycle methods, and meet audit requirements. Oversee project closure activities.
  • Manage project communications including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, project team, etc.
  • Work with Finance team on project costs (including amortization / depreciation) and resource reconciliation. Anticipate and quantify tactical, operational and strategic risks applying risk-
  • based approach to forecasting.

  • Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve project issues and escalate for assistance when required.
  • Promote innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implement best practices.
  • What do you need to succeed?

  • Must-have 7+ years’ progressive project management experience (related to Cyber Security projects) Experience managing IT projects with high level of value (benefit / cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty Excellent communication, relationship and vendor management skills Advanced project management knowledge including plan development;
  • scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; Advanced knowledge of SDLC and working knowledge Agile delivery methodologies

  • Nice-to-have Undergraduate degree Business / IT / Engineering (preferred) PMP / CISSP certification or equivalent (preferred) Organizational Change Management experience
