Our Senior Program Manager role will work in collaboration with multiple cross functional teams including sales, marketing, care and customer solutions delivery and various other enablement teams in achieving our goal of creating long term sustainable growth for our business customers.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be leading process improvement programs that impact the sales & marketing teams, with focus on strategy, business case development, initiatives prioritization, and project management & implementation.
You will lead and manage putting structure around the many internal initiatives that are required to enable our organization to more effectively service our customers.
You will collaborate with both the core leadership team and cross-functional teams to support the following key activities :
Profitable Growth Index management and reporting for our Vice President - Sales
PSO initiative management and executive reporting
Management of various process improvement projects already underway that impact Business Sales & Marketing
Be the interface with the broader process improvement teams to ensure linkages to ongoing initiatives are communicated effectively & efficiently to the sales & marketing teams
Influence and shape practices, standards and procedures for pre-sales and sales team members
Establish a collection of on-going projects / programs to facilitate consistent communication of status and benefit
Facilitate dynamic workshops and deep-dives to drive forward initiatives
Using your business and financial acumen to lead the creation of business cases
Provide accurate and timely target / objective updates to executive audiences that track progress on identified key programs

Proven track record for consistently delivering results and effectively meeting program milestones
Outstanding business & financial acumen with the ability to anticipate and develop strategies in a rapidly evolving telecommunication industry
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills coupled with superior ability to creatively solve problems
Recipient of a bachelor degree or post-secondary diploma in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent education and / or experience
Project Management certifications would be an asset
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent experience
Experience managing complex projects and strong stakeholder management
