Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and HR, this role will cover a wide variety of tasks and challenges.
The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, is highly meticulous and detailed, and thrives in a challenging environment.

Draft, prepare, and edit documents, expense reports, and record meeting minutes
Support and assist with HR and operational tasks
Resolve and follow up if necessary with in / outbound correspondence
Schedule appointments, manage calendars and arrange travel accommodations when required
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain good relationships
Other special tasks as assigned
Diploma or degree in a related field, operations or HR preferred
Ability to handle sensitive documents with a high degree of confidentiality
Previous experience supporting executives would be considered an asset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
The ability to thrive both in a team and independently
Proficient in MS Office Suite
