1.Operate and set up changes, tend to a variety of paint line equipment to specification required for production.
2.Respond to part quality concerns to ensure only good parts are produced.
3.Keep equipment clean and in good working order and report any problems to the Production Supervisor.
4.Perform a variety of tests and record results on parts and equipment.
5.Perform minor preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
6.Document all information as outlined in the quality instructions.
7.Follow all work cell and department standardized work instruction.
8.Visually inspect machines and complete safety inspection checklist at the start of each shift. Thereafter, monitor operation of paint line units and ensure only quality parts are produced.
Suggest corrective action where applicable.
9.Promote and comply with safety standards, safe operating procedures, good housekeeping practices and the observance of protective equipment requirements at all times.
