Our Client, a public service transportation provider, is looking for Human Resources Clerk position to start immediately

Hours : 35 hour work week, Monday to Friday

Start : Asap 1 month may be extended

Department : Chief People Officer & Staff

Responsibilities :

Performing a variety of administrative, clerical and office services support functions including word processing, photocopying, handling incoming / outgoing mail, etc.

Maintaining safe and clean reception area by monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges

Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone

Answering and screening telephone enquiries received from various internal / external sources

Assisting in the maintenance of stationary supplies and office equipment for the Department

Providing administrative assistance to staff

Other related administrative duties as assigned

Requirements :

Completion of secondary school education combined with related work experience

Good knowledge of standard office practices and procedures

Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.)

Excellent organizational skills and communication skills (oral and written)

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
