The main focus of this role will be to serve Project Managers within the Company, with possible additional outside sales for existing property owners and future retail sales potential.

The Manager is responsible for cultivating existing PM relationships, selling additional products when possible and managing the flooring project’s processes from the time of estimate to the full completion of job.

Requirements and expectations of the position :

  • Planning, ordering, organizing, showing samples and scheduling flooring installs and materials
  • Working knowledge of residential flooring types consisting of, but not limited to Luxury Vinyl Plank, Sheet Goods, Laminate, Carpeting, Tile flooring, Engineered & solid hardwoods
  • Produce accurate site sketches, calculate wastage and materials required to develop and provide estimates to our PM’s and other customers as the case may be (some internal supports will be made available, but the candidate is primarily responsible)
  • A great attitude with a proactive, do what it takes approach
  • A passion for customer service
  • An ability to be flexible or adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work with computers : Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Exchange
  • Estimating Software experience is a plus (will include job site measures)
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a team player, have an attention to detail and be a self-starter, able to follow directions; initiate and complete tasks
  • Conduct on site measures and provide estimates to internal Project Managers and retail / other clients in a timely manner.
  • Job site visits prior to flooring install to ensure site readiness as well as when installation starts and finishes.
  • Work closely with PM’s, Coordinators, PMA’s for scheduling projects and project updates or issues
  • Assist clients in the product display area by offering product knowledge and pricing, in addition to in-home consultations (future offering item)
  • Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients upon completion of work to ensure they are satisfied with Premium Restoration.
