Job descriptionReporting to the Director Fraud Management, leads the Intelligence Operations unit with a focus on assessment of the fraud program tools and technology, the building of counter-fraud solutions and strategies to enable our fraud detection program, and the provision of analytical products to support risk assessment and investigations.
Provides oversight and strategic leadership to the Intelligence team and contributes to the overall management of the fraud program.
40 hours training in a recognized intelligence program;Masters of Intelligence Studies (or equivalent training) is preferred.
Adaptability and agility; ability to champion change;Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel - Pivot Tables, functions, etc.
