Senior Analyst, Control Tower (Data & Reporting)

Reporting : Manage and evolve daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting that measure customer & frontline key performance indicators
Data & Analysis : Manage and develop datasets using SQL (Workbench), Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Analytics, PowerBi and others
Business Dashboards : Manage and develop dashboards in PowerBi, Adobe Analytics and other BI applications to automate and analyze business data
Program Management : lead programs that drive improvements for our customers and the frontline
Continuous Improvement : identifying, defining and leading opportunities within areas of people, processes and technology for continuous improvement

The successful candidate should have :
Post-secondary degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Programming or in a Technology field or 2-5 years of relevant work experience utilizing below skills :
Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) process and combining multiple data sources (Oracle, SQL, SharePoint, Excel) into datasets
Experience working with databases, data-warehouse, and writing / optimizing SQL / SAS queries to transform and analyze data
Experience in utilizing PowerBi for visualization / automation and writing DAX queries
Experience with creating reports through PowerPoint and using business intelligence reporting applications such as PowerBi, Tableau, SAS or others
Data analysis and creating recommendations & insights for decision making
Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills; can drive outcomes working as a team or as an independent contributor
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multitask in order to meet specific timelines
