Through technology originally developed by the Royal Canadian Mint, and perfected by us, nanopay offers a cryptographically-
secured digital cash system backed by fiat currency that instantly processes payments and can be utilized across a number of use cases including B2B, cross-
border, intra-company liquidity and digital cash. nanopay is based in Toronto, Canada, with a reach extending to New York, San Francisco, Waterloo, and soon Lithuania and Europe.
As a member of the Legal team, you will be responsible for supporting nanopay's growth and development by working with nanopay's product and business leaders to support a diverse suite of product and service offerings primarily focused on business-
to-business payments. You'll be responsible for performing the following tasks :
Supporting the management outside counsel; and
Providing legal counsel to nanopay's business leaders by providing guidance on business initiatives and executive decisions.
Who are you?
Experience in managing complex legal projects while demonstrating good business judgment and building relationships with your business counterparts; and
Familiarity with payments, banking, financial services or FinTech.
