A General Manager (GM) in one of our Clubs is one of our most important positions there we said it, but it’s because we’re looking for a brand ambassador and a strategic operations leader all rolled into one.

You can’t be afraid to roll-up your sleeves or make that tough call after all over 100 Movati team members and thousands of our valued Club members are counting on you.

Our GMs are responsible for building high-performance teams that will consistently execute every day on our most critical goals.

After all, having an engaged and passionate team is what’s going to help drive member loyalty and because we’re playing the long game, not the short one.

The most successful GMs at Movati are keenly aware of the importance of developing talent strategies so that their people are engaged, recognized and know what’s next for them.

KPI’s are important to us and are used to ensure all Club departments from Sales to Personal Training, Group Fitness, Member Experience and Facilities Operations are meeting budgetary goals and always improving.

We’re competitive and it’s also important that you’re in the know’ when it comes to what’s going on in your market and you are leveraging these insights to drive the strategic planning process.

But what will separate you is the time spent on the ground to create lasting relationships across your teams, members and local communities alike.


We know the experience we’re looking for can come from a wide range of industries so we’re looking for 5-7 years of related experience leading, motivating and coaching high performance teams.

Of course, we expect that when we meet, you can articulate how you have achieved operational success and delivered meaningful membership and customer growth in your past experiences.
