Possesses a university degree / college diploma and 2-3 years of related experience
Demonstrates knowledge of banking business as an asset
Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, and investment products
SQL creating SQL statements via AQT (Advanced Query Tool), MS Access etc. to extract data from various databases and build reports
MS Excel advanced formulas, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
MS Access Coding, Database structures, VBA, forms etc.
Demonstrates advanced writing and documentation skills
Possesses problem-solving and analytical skills
Well-developed process improvement skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
As the Analyst, Compensation, you will be responsible for :
Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
Generate ideas and identify business improvement opportunities
Accountable for implementing sales compensation as well as any compensation plan changes
Responsible for processing FP payroll files on a bi-weekly basis
Assist with compensation-related inquiries and investigations
Assist with testing of implemented changes where compensation process is impacted
Test any modification or enhancement to the FP compensation database
Produce monthly sales and compensation reporting
