Our valued Public sector client is in need of a Junior Change Manager to action change impact analysis and change management activities.
Our client has a requirement for the provision of IT Business, Innovation, Transformation, Project Management, Human resources, and Instructional / Training resources in support of the functional development, maintenance and production support for legacy systems as well as any new systems that may come under development, and related work.
Tasks include but are not limited to :
Analyzing and develop business processes, process mapping and training;
Being responsible for supporting other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of innovation / transformation and change management activities;
Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities;
Creating presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions;
Designing interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through system-centered change;
Carrying out performance monitoring and reporting activities on change management;
