On behalf our client, Procom is seeking a Support Analyst for a 6 month assignment in Burnaby, BC.
Helpdesk Support Job Details
We require a Helpdesk contractor to answer the phones and enter tickets. We will give basic training so the contractor is able to answer some questions, but the main focus would be to answer the phone calls and log tickets into our Service Management system (ServiceNow) so the helpdesk can prioritize and respond.
Excellent communications is required. Experience working in a Helpdesk environment and experience with an Information Technology Service Management system would be an asset.
Ideal candidates have an interest in Information Technology, helpdesk and business application support.
Helpdesk Support Mandatory Skills
Must have 2+ years experience in Tier I helpdesk support . Experience with ServiceNow is an asset, or other similar IT service management ticketing systems.
Ideal candidate would have an IT background and a diploma / certificate / degree in IT or Computer Science.
