YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the VCC engineering team and reporting to the Project Manager, your main mandate will be to study, design and develop various electrical and mechatronic systems for a recreational vehicle.
You will also be responsible for :
Develop control and diagnostic functions for electronic modules;
Develop the specifications and specifications supporting tenders to suppliers of electrical and electronic equipment;
Develop and execute test plans necessary to validate technical solutions while taking into account established standards and norms;
Guide the work of technicians / directors to meet development objectives;
Collaborate with suppliers in the development of electrical and electronic components and in the determination of deadlines and standards to be respected;
Collaborate with design, production, purchasing, quality assurance and manufacturing engineering teams;
Solve production and network issues and track them with suppliers.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience;
Essential bilingualism both oral and written (French / English).
Possess an understanding and ability to integrate electrical, electronic, software and mechanical principles with each other;
Knowledge in VBA programming & simulink;
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, creativity and ability to innovate;
Manual and motor dexterity to perform mechanical repairs and dynamic vehicle tests;
Be comfortable in an environment where technical solutions are not known, where the path is not traced and with the use of predictive analysis methods;
Has the sense organization, interpersonal skills, autonomy;
Ability to manage projects simultaneously;
Be available to travel occasionally.
