We are currently looking for an ambitious and dependable Retail Account Representative to take on responsibility for sales to Independent Merchant / Outlet stores as well as account profiling, planning and problem resolution.

Communicate pricing, promotions, and merchandising opportunities
Mail / Email product presentations and information to specified accounts
Drive sales growth through regular contact with established accounts and develop growth opportunities
Plan and execute a call schedule that will maximize sales with the assigned accounts
Prepare and maintain a business and profit plan for account base
Work with accounts to resolve issues / conflicts
What you should bring :
Post secondary education, preferably in business (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in durable goods
Must be detail oriented and have highly developed computer skills using database and Microsoft applications (analytic skills are an asset)
Experience using SAP is a definite asset
The successful candidate must be a team player that displays initiative and the ability to work independently
Strong problem solving, and communication skills are essential
Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings / weekends as necessary
