Position : Sales Executive, Post Sale Service Contracts

Location : Saint John, NB

The Inbound Service Contract Sales Representative position is focused on selling Xerox Service Maintenance Agreements. Responsibilities include managing calls on an inbound queue, callbacks to customers, and developing and maintaining accounts to generate incremental business by selling service contracts.

Also responsible for Saving post sale revenue on existing agreements by selling customers on the value of Xerox while retaining the service agreement.

This is an incentive based commissionable role.

Hours of operation 9 : 00 am 7p.m. Mon-Fri

Main Responsibilities :

  • Sell service contracts to Time and Material customers across United States
  • Retain existing customers
  • Have responsibility for revenue, unit, and success rate targets
  • Implement sales strategies / call prioritization to achieve business results
  • Proactively engage key decision makers, and present the benefits of a Xerox maintenance agreement
  • Meet Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by maintaining good customer relations and effectively resolving customer issues
  • Outbound calling on leads submitted to the team by internal customers
  • Identify quality equipment leads
  • Qualifications and Skills

    University Degree, Community College diploma or equivalent experience

    Strong communication and customer relation skill

    Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated

    Good mathematical ability

    Well organized. Effective time and activity management skills

    Keyboard skills 25-30 wpm

    Excellent systems literacy knowledge-MS Office, Excel, Word, and InternetAbility to prioritize work, with attention to detail

    Proven effective interpersonal skills

    A team player who is self motivated andhigh energy with a positive attitude

    Able to work well under pressure and adapt to an ever changing environment

    Business maturity with demonstrated leadership ability

    Punctual

    Ability to work flexible hours and follow US Holiday schedule
