Key Accountabilities :
Process and coordinate post-painted and powder coated orders for Grid and Specialty.
Coordinate and manage other vendor related projects with production.
Manage Specialty raw material inventory.
Manage miscellaneous Specialty purchases.
Provide vacation / illness relief for scheduling and item set-up for Specialty and Grid products.
Assist with commodity code setup as needed.
Assist with product quoting for Specialty products.
Assist with maintaining and revising Bill of Materials for Specialty and Grid products.
Must be able and willing to adapt to new assignments and priorities to meet the needs of the business.
High school degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of administrative experience.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and methodology, preferred.
Proven organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and time demands.
Ability to efficiently respond and problem-solve in changing conditions.
Proficient with common computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Oracle and / or Legacy experience is an asset.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Able to interact and work with employees at all levels.
Able to be self sufficient and work independently.
Experience with brake forming or brake press is an asset.
