As a Senior Business Analyst for the ADT field operations enablement stream, you will leverage your strong analytical skills to drive operational process efficiencies in this new and exciting smart home security portfolio.
In addition you will demonstrate your ability to interact and collaborate within the larger program team across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to support various field reporting processes such as yield, NADD, KPIs while leading initiatives to identify and drive metric improvements.
