Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following : Supports the General Manager in leading daily operations Support as acting General Manager as required during times when the General Manager is absent or otherwise engaged, including during days off and vacations Implements guest recognition programs to enhance experience and returning customers Interacts with guests, to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and mutually beneficial manner, communicating full details of situation and its resolution with FS Management Team Assists in designing and implementing staff training initiatives Provides, acts, and reports on proactive strategies to ensure the cost of goods falls within budgeted parameter Recruit, select, hire and on-

Share concerns and make recommendations to Food Services Management team for changes and improvements to the P&P and H&S practises Monitor safe food handling and storage practices and ensure employees follow all proper hygiene practices Monitor and identify concerns with all equipment, small-
wares, room décor and supplies, and inform FS Management Team of these concerns. Engage in the resolution of these concerns when required, and follow up to ensure correction and repair Complete and maintain all online reporting tools including Month End Inventory, Wastage Tracking, Non-
