Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with the development and production of marketing materials
  • Attending trade shows and sharing information on our products
  • Fielding calls from new and existing customers
  • Following up with leads and customers
  • Providing technical information to new leads
  • Gathering information from leads and customers
  • Preparing quotations and creating invoices
  • Tracking leads and sales in our CRM
  • Site visits
  • Translating marketing materials and other documents in to French
  • Supporting the Managing Director in running and growing the business
  • Skills Required

  • Fully bilingual and confident in verbal and written communications and translation
  • Bright, energetic, friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Confident in sales support and market development support
  • Hardworking, reliable, able to work independently and in a team
  • Confident with basic computer programs such as Excel, Word, Email etc.
  • Technically inclined and quick to learn
  • Highly organized
